  • Alerts and notifications

  • Optional automation support via third-party tools

CompasS is NOT:

  • A broker or execution venue

  • A portfolio manager

  • A financial adviser

  • A personalized recommendation service

  • A guarantee of profit

All content and outputs are general, rule-based, and not tailored to your personal situation.

1.3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

1.4. Accounts, access, and security
Access to CompasS may require accounts with third-party platforms (e.g., Whop, TradingView). You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity under your accounts
We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your actions, devices, or account security.

1.5. Digital service – no guaranteed availability
We aim for high availability, but the Service may be interrupted due to:

  • Maintenance, updates, outages

  • Third-party platform issues (TradingView, Whop, brokers, hosting)
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary downtime does not create refund rights unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

1.6. Model logic, changes, and updates
We may update, modify, replace, or remove:

  • Models, features, rules, visuals, alerts, sessions, or parameters
We do this to improve quality, adapt to markets, or maintain the product. Your continued use after changes means you accept them.

1.7. No promises / no guaranteed results
We do not promise profits, a win rate, a monthly return, or any specific outcome. Trading outcomes vary by:

  • Market conditions

  • Execution quality

  • Slippage, spreads, commissions

  • Broker conditions

  • User settings, discipline, and risk management

1.8. Intellectual property
All content, models, text, visuals, branding, and system logic are owned by CompasS or licensed to CompasS. You may not:

  • Copy, resell, redistribute, or publish the Service or model outputs

  • Share access credentials

  • Create “mirror” products
You may use the Service only for your own personal trading use (or your own internal use), unless we grant written permission.

1.9. User content and feedback
If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them to improve the Service without compensation.

1.10. Third-party links and services
The Service may reference or integrate third-party tools. We do not control those tools and are not responsible for:

  • Their availability

  • Their pricing

  • Their errors

  • Their legal compliance
Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

1.11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for trading losses

  • We are not liable for lost profits or missed opportunities

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability (if any) is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 30 days before the claim arose

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

1.12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Your trading activity

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

1.13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • We suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized distribution

  • Required by law or platform partners
You can stop using the Service at any time by canceling your subscription (see Subscription Terms).

1.14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of: Montenegro.
Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support.
If required, disputes will be handled in the competent courts of: Budva, Montenegro.

(Recommendation: Once you register a company, update this section with your official jurisdiction.)

1.15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use means acceptance.

  1. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS (BILLING, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS)

2.1. Subscription product: CompasS Access
CompasS Access is a recurring subscription that provides access to the CompasS system and available models (“Models”). Models may change over time.

2.2. Payment processing via Whop (or equivalent)
Payments are processed by a third-party merchant platform (e.g., Whop). We do not store your payment card details. Billing, invoices, and payment methods are handled by the payment processor according to their terms.

2.3. Renewal and billing cycle
Your subscription renews automatically (monthly or as shown at checkout) unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

2.4. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime via your account portal on the payment platform (e.g., Whop).
After cancellation:

  • You keep access until the end of the current billing period

  • The subscription will not renew

2.5. Refund policy (digital service)
Unless mandatory local law says otherwise:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds for partial use, missed trades, or dissatisfaction
    Reasons include:

  • Digital access is delivered immediately

  • Market outcomes are uncertain

  • Execution depends on your broker, settings, and third-party tools

If the payment platform provides an exception workflow, we may evaluate it case-by-case, but we are not required to grant refunds.

2.6. Chargebacks and fraud prevention
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support first, we may:

  • Suspend your access

  • Block future purchases
We reserve the right to provide transaction records to payment providers to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

2.7. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. If required by platform rules or local law, you will be notified in advance. New prices apply at renewal.

2.8. Payments & Checkout
Payment providers operate independently and are subject to their own terms, policies, and compliance requirements.

  1. MODEL ACCESS + SWITCHING TERMS

3.1. One active model at a time
CompasS Access may allow multiple models over time, but typically:

Unless stated otherwise:

  • 1 switch per calendar month

  • Switch requests are handled via Support

3.3. Switching process
To request a switch:

  • Create a support ticket (see Contact)

    Typical handling time:

  • Up to 24 hours (often faster)

We do not guarantee exact timing due to time zones, weekends, or platform limits.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

  1. FULL RISK DISCLAIMER (SIGNALS / SYSTEM / PERFORMANCE / EDUCATION)
