IMPORTANT NOTICE (READ FIRST)
CompasS provides rule-based trading models that display predefined entries, stop-loss and take-profit levels based on a fixed system logic. Trading is risky. You can lose some or all of your capital. Past performance (including backtests) is not a guarantee of future results. CompasS is NOT a broker, NOT a financial adviser, and does NOT manage or execute trades on your behalf. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and results.

TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)
1.1. Who we are
“CompasS”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to the operator of the CompasS brand and the CompasS website(s), including tradecompass.me and related pages, content, tools, and services (“Service”).

1.2. What CompasS is (and is not)
CompasS is a rule-based trading system delivered through TradingView-based models. The system can display:
Potential trade direction, entry area/line, stop-loss, take-profit
Alerts and notifications
Optional automation support via third-party tools
CompasS is NOT:
A broker or execution venue
A portfolio manager
A financial adviser
A personalized recommendation service
A guarantee of profit
All content and outputs are general, rule-based, and not tailored to your personal situation.
1.3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
1.4. Accounts, access, and security
Access to CompasS may require accounts with third-party platforms (e.g., Whop, TradingView). You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity under your accounts
We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your actions, devices, or account security.
1.5. Digital service – no guaranteed availability
We aim for high availability, but the Service may be interrupted due to:
Maintenance, updates, outages
Third-party platform issues (TradingView, Whop, brokers, hosting)
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary downtime does not create refund rights unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
1.6. Model logic, changes, and updates
We may update, modify, replace, or remove:
Models, features, rules, visuals, alerts, sessions, or parameters
We do this to improve quality, adapt to markets, or maintain the product. Your continued use after changes means you accept them.
1.7. No promises / no guaranteed results
We do not promise profits, a win rate, a monthly return, or any specific outcome. Trading outcomes vary by:
Market conditions
Execution quality
Slippage, spreads, commissions
Broker conditions
User settings, discipline, and risk management
1.8. Intellectual property
All content, models, text, visuals, branding, and system logic are owned by CompasS or licensed to CompasS. You may not:
Copy, resell, redistribute, or publish the Service or model outputs
Share access credentials
Create “mirror” products
You may use the Service only for your own personal trading use (or your own internal use), unless we grant written permission.
1.9. User content and feedback
If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them to improve the Service without compensation.
1.10. Third-party links and services
The Service may reference or integrate third-party tools. We do not control those tools and are not responsible for:
Their availability
Their pricing
Their errors
Their legal compliance
Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
1.11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for trading losses
We are not liable for lost profits or missed opportunities
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability (if any) is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 30 days before the claim arose
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
1.12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of:
Your use of the Service
Your trading activity
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
1.13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
You breach these Terms
We suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized distribution
Required by law or platform partners
You can stop using the Service at any time by canceling your subscription (see Subscription Terms).
1.14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of: Montenegro.
Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support.
If required, disputes will be handled in the competent courts of: Budva, Montenegro.

1.15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use means acceptance.
SUBSCRIPTION TERMS (BILLING, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS)
2.1. Subscription product: CompasS Access
CompasS Access is a recurring subscription that provides access to the CompasS system and available models (“Models”). Models may change over time.
2.2. Payment processing via Whop (or equivalent)
Payments are processed by a third-party merchant platform (e.g., Whop). We do not store your payment card details. Billing, invoices, and payment methods are handled by the payment processor according to their terms.
2.3. Renewal and billing cycle
Your subscription renews automatically (monthly or as shown at checkout) unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
2.4. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime via your account portal on the payment platform (e.g., Whop).
After cancellation:
You keep access until the end of the current billing period
The subscription will not renew
2.5. Refund policy (digital service)
Unless mandatory local law says otherwise:
All sales are final
No refunds for partial use, missed trades, or dissatisfaction
Reasons include:Digital access is delivered immediately
Market outcomes are uncertain
Execution depends on your broker, settings, and third-party tools
If the payment platform provides an exception workflow, we may evaluate it case-by-case, but we are not required to grant refunds.
2.6. Chargebacks and fraud prevention
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support first, we may:
Suspend your access
Block future purchases
We reserve the right to provide transaction records to payment providers to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
2.7. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. If required by platform rules or local law, you will be notified in advance. New prices apply at renewal.
2.8. Payments & Checkout
Payment providers operate independently and are subject to their own terms, policies, and compliance requirements.
MODEL ACCESS + SWITCHING TERMS
3.1. One active model at a time
CompasS Access may allow multiple models over time, but typically:
One model is active at a time
Switching is limited to reduce misuse and ensure stable usage
3.2. Switching frequency
Unless stated otherwise:
1 switch per calendar month
Switch requests are handled via Support
3.3. Switching process
To request a switch:
Create a support ticket (see Contact)
Include: your purchase email + requested model
Typical handling time:Up to 24 hours (often faster)
We do not guarantee exact timing due to time zones, weekends, or platform limits.
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)
You agree NOT to:
Share, resell, or distribute access
Publish or redistribute model code/logic/visuals
Reverse engineer the system
Use automation to scrape or copy the Service
Use CompasS for unlawful activity
Impersonate CompasS or misrepresent affiliation
Abuse support channels (threats, harassment)
Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & AUTOMATION NOTICE
5.1. TradingView
CompasS models are delivered through TradingView. TradingView is a third-party platform. We are not affiliated with TradingView.
TradingView® is a trademark of TradingView, Inc.
5.2. Alerts
Alerts are delivered via TradingView alert infrastructure and your chosen notification channel(s). We do not control:
Alert delivery speed
Notification reliability
Downtime, delays, missed alerts
5.3. Automation (optional)
Automation is optional. If you choose automation, you do so at your own risk.
Typical automation involves third-party tools such as:
PineConnector
MetaTrader 5 (MT5) or other trade execution software
Webhooks, VPS, brokers
5.4. No execution by CompasS
CompasS does not place trades for you.
We do not have access to your broker account.
We do not manage your funds.
You are responsible for:
Setup
Risk sizing
Execution logic
Broker selection
Slippage/spread/commission impact
Testing your automation in a safe environment first (demo recommended)
5.5. “Pre-built” PineConnector support
CompasS may include fields or placeholders designed to make PineConnector setup easier (IDs, webhook formatting guidance, templates).
This does not mean we guarantee:
Compatibility with every broker/server
Zero errors
Perfect fills
All third-party tools can fail. Always monitor.

6.1. High-risk warning
Trading forex, CFDs, futures, crypto, and leveraged products involves significant risk and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose more than your initial deposit depending on product type and broker conditions. Use only risk capital.
6.2. Not financial advice
CompasS provides rule-based, non-personal content. Nothing in CompasS is personalized financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice.
We do not consider your objectives, income, financial situation, risk tolerance, or experience.
You are responsible for deciding whether trading is suitable for you.
6.3. Signals / setups are system outputs, not a promise
CompasS may display “Buy/Sell” setups with entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels.
These are system-generated outputs based on predefined logic.
They are not a guarantee of profit and can fail.
6.4. Execution and market reality
Real trading differs from charts and backtests due to:
spreads, commissions, swaps/financing
slippage, requotes, partial fills
latency, VPS issues
broker execution quality
market gaps, volatility, news spikes
different symbols/pricing feeds across brokers
You accept these risks.
6.5. Hypothetical/backtest results disclaimer
Any backtest, simulation, or example results shown are hypothetical and for demonstration only.
Hypothetical performance has limitations:
It does not represent actual trading
It may not account for liquidity/market impact
It can be optimized with hindsight
No representation is made that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to examples shown.
6.6. News and “avoid times” guidance
We may provide general guidance (e.g., avoid high-impact news).
This is general educational/system usage guidance, not individualized advice.
Markets can behave unexpectedly at any time.
6.7. No responsibility for user actions
You are solely responsible for:
position sizing
risk management
whether to take, skip, or modify a setup
whether to hold beyond a session
CompasS is not liable for your trades or decisions.
6.8. Testimonials and user statements
Any testimonials or user statements (if shown) represent individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed. Results vary widely.
6.9. Education and Insights
Insights content is provided to help users understand the system, the logic, and general best practices. It does not replace professional advice.
